The inevitable development is both a threat and an opportunity. We have already seen how old, inflexible office buildings are becoming obsolete and losing value. On the other hand, the demand for smart, environmentally sound, and flexible newly built offices is growing. Likewise, corporations and public sector organizations need new knowledge and tools to plan and manage the transformation of workspaces.
Optimaze is a new entrant in the US market. They offer cloud-based software for facilities and space management, together with consulting services. Optimaze Inc. is a subsidiary of our long term Finnish client, Rapal.
