Every year, WDBE provides the built environment developer ecosystem the opportunity to present their work as part of the summit program. This year’s summit takes place on October 3-4, 2024, in Helsinki and Tallinn. The Community Sessions and Solution Highlight Sessions are perfect forums for presenting your latest research, solutions, projects, ideas, and achievements.
The deadline for submitting presentation/demo proposals has been extended until April 15.

The World of Digital Environment WDBE Summit gathers around 400 participants from 30 countries.
We are CDOs, CTOs, and CIOs in real estate and construction, government and city officials, architects, engineers, other experts, and researchers working with BIM, VDC, AR/VR, Big Data, analytics, IOT, virtual project delivery, and more.
This year’s summit theme is Reshaping Business Models for the Future.
Submit your presentation or demo
Please send your proposal using the ExOrdo portal. The submission deadline for proposals is April 15.
Instruction for the submission:
- Choose a proposal category: a presentation or a demo
- Title for your proposal
- Max 500-word description
- Choose the main target audience
- List the people who are involved with the proposal*
- Upload a max 1-minute video pitch – Optional but recommended
- Choose preferred presentation location: Helsinki / Tallinn
- Agree on the terms
- A photo and bio are needed to present the authors.
General information regarding presentations/demos:
The acceptance notification will be sent in May 2024 at the latest. Only onsite presentations are allowed. The length of the presentations will be decided when the program is built. A presenter needs to buy a speaker ticket for 179 EUR + VAT; the registration deadline is the end of May 2024. The program will be published by the end of May 2024. The organizers will use the submitted materials to promote the event (see the terms when submitting).
