Buildots has released a new Integrated Tracking feature that supports unified tracking of both automated and manually-recorded tasks on mobile and desktop devices.
The new feature allows project teams to use AI for automated progress tracking while enabling professionals to log and verify tasks that require human oversight, such as checking for electrical wiring in conduits or completing quality assurance checks and inspections.
Merging AI with the expertise of field teams
While machine learning can automate certain processes, some construction tasks still require expertise and physical presence.
Integrated Tracking addresses the issue of scattered data from manually recorded activities by integrating both them and automated tasks into a single platform. This helps ensure a more comprehensive data set for tracking progress and performance.
Integrated Tracking contributes to Performance-Driven Construction Management (PDCM) by bringing together disparate progress data into a cohesive dataset. This enables users to better foresee delays, identify root causes, optimize task scheduling, and improve project oversight.
Mobile capabilities
The Buildots mobile app now includes the Integrated Tracking feature, allowing managers to manually track and update activity statuses while on-site.
These updates are included in progress reports alongside data generated by the AI-driven platform. The mobile app provides access to important data from any location, allowing users to mark areas, floors, or elements as ‘complete’ directly from the construction site and view task progress.

Aviv Leibovici, Buildots co-founder and CPO, mentioned that Integrated Tracking is a progression following their recent Delay Forecast feature launch. The feature merges AI precision with the expertise of field teams, offering a tool that enhances various aspects of project management. This is part of Buildots’ ongoing effort to provide a fully integrated tracking solution.
The Integrated Tracking feature is now available to all Buildots customers, and the app can be downloaded on both iOS and Android platforms.
