Virginia, MN — Miller Architects & Builders is excited to announce its partnership with Uptown Mall for the demolition and renovation of the mall, paving the way for a future Marshalls store. To accommodate the Marshall’s needs, it was determined that both interior and exterior updates were necessary before introducing the new store.

The demolition and remodel of this 26,000 sq. ft. space consists of combining multiple former lease spaces into one larger space, providing a new signature store entrance and accommodating product delivery areas. The renovation also includes updated restrooms serving the existing mall area.
