AFI Rentals has acquired more than 500 assets from Quick Reach, which went into administration in May.
The deal was negotiated and agreed between AFI and Quick Reach’s administrators, Alvarez & Marsal.
A selection of the machines will be integrated into AFI’s rental fleet, while the remaining units will be added to stock at AJ Access Platforms and made available for sale.
Commenting on the deal, David McNicholas, AFI Group CEO, said: “The addition of these machines will support the ongoing growth of our rental and resale businesses.
“In particular, the fleet additions provide an extended number and range of Superset booms and scissors to support our customers.”
