C&K Paving proudly announces the addition of Tom O’Toole as Regional Sales Director. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Tom brings over 20 years of paving and construction expertise and more than 13 years of trusted client relationships to his new role. His arrival marks a significant step forward in strengthening the company’s commercial reach, ADA compliance solutions and site evaluation services nationwide.

A former military serviceman, Tom launched his post-service career in commercial diving and general contracting before moving into the asphalt and concrete industry. With over two decades of field experience, including 13+ years dedicated to cultivating long-term partnerships, he is widely recognized for his honest, solution-focused consulting style, which is always tailored to client needs.

In his role at C&K Paving, Tom oversees commercial projects across the Lower 48 states, with a strong focus on big-box retail and property management sectors. He is committed to expanding the company’s parking lot maintenance services and deepening relationships with existing clients. As a nationwide general contractor and project manager, he offers turnkey support — managing every aspect from site scope and design to construction and final walkthrough.

Tom holds advanced certification as a Certified Restaurant Facility Professional (CRFP) from the Restaurant Facility Management Association (RFMA). He is also an ADA Coordinator through the ADA Coordinator Training Certificate Program (ACTCP) offered through the Great Plains ADA Center and the University of Missouri. These certifications equip him with the knowledge and tools needed to help clients interpret and respond to ADA compliance audits and violation notices. He also performs Pavement Condition Index (PCI) assessments—a powerful forecasting tool trusted by NATO and the U.S. military—offering valuable insights for long-term budgeting and property planning.
