Gonzalez has experience handling all phases of litigation, including factual investigations, discovery, motion practice, expert coordination, mediation, and trial preparation. She is savvy in assessing construction documents and project files, preparing persuasive motions, and conducting site inspections. Prior to joining Ball Janik, Gonzalez worked at a Miami-based law firm that handled construction defect claims for community associations and property owners.

Gonzalez received her J.D. from Florida International University College of Law and her BACC in accounting at Florida International University. She is bilingual and leverages her knowledge of both English and Spanish throughout her practice.
