Joe Avotins Joins Core States Group as Restaurant Market Director

Avotin’s first day as Restaurant Market Director was March 17, 2025.  

As the Restaurant Market Director, Joe serves as an expert resource to the growth team, focused on advancing quick-serve, fast casual, casual, and fine dining programs, collaborating with new and existing clients to deliver comprehensive solutions to their expansion goals.

As an architect by trade, Joe comes from a project development background, where he has led construction, architecture, and design teams for nationwide restaurant brands, including Joey Restaurant Group and The Cheesecake Factory. His 30+ years of experience include overseeing multiple new construction and remodel projects for casual and fine dining concepts across the United States and Canada.
